Character's backstory: Dr. George Huang worked as a psychotherapist for sex offenders with a strong belief that he could rehabilitate them. He exited this practice after a few years upon realizing his patients' unwillingness to truly participate. It was then he decided to join the FBI in order to better study the criminal mind. Dr. George Huang is assigned to work in the New York City FBI field office as both a special agent and criminal profiler. Because of his specialty, Huang is often loaned to the Special Victims Unit to provide insight as well as psychological assessments on suspects and victims alike. Little is known about his past and he seldom speaks about himself.
