Kelli Giddish, Danny Pino join 'Law & Order: SVU'

Pino starred for seven seasons on CBS' "Cold Case" as Detective Scotty Valens. Fellow newcomer Giddish starred last season in NBC's "Chase" as U.S. Marshal Annie Frost.
